Daniela began her professional career in Human Resources Compensation in 2005. She previously worked as an Assistant Vice President of Compensation at Barclays and an Executive Compensation Analyst at Lehman Brothers. She received a M.S. in Industrial Labor Relations from Baruch College and a B.S. in Psychology from Binghamton University. With a comprehensive background and passion in compensation, Daniela is acutely in touch with the amazing opportunities that women in the workforce are heading towards. She strives for employment opportunities that allow for fair compensation.
