Human Capital Officer
Rachel is a Human Capital strategist, leader, coach and trusted advisor for business executives. She is best known for aligning people and Human Resources solutions to business strategies that accelerate growth and optimize productivity. Rachel has expertise managing and influencing cross-functional and multi-disciplinary projects teams to maximize performance and advance business priorities. Rachel has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and two Masters degrees from Rutgers University; the first in Human Resource Management and the second in Labor and Employment Relations. In addition, she has an Organizational Development certificate from National Training Laboratory (NTL). As a continuous learner, she is currently pursuing coaching certification through the International Coach Federation.
