Andrea Leiter, Ph.D.

Arbitration Advisor

Dr. Leiter is an Assistant Professor at the Amsterdam Center for International Law. Her research focuses on global economic inequality and law making through private actors with a focus on the digital economy. Andrea consults government agencies, start-ups and industry stakeholders on law and blockchain technology in areas such as dispute resolution, tokenized distribution of resources, and algorithmic governance. She is Junior Faculty at the Institute for Global Law and Policy at Harvard Law School and lectures on Algorithmic Law and Governance at Sciences Po Paris.
