Angeleen is a mom, a data wrangler, and software developer helping to create blockchain solutions. Professional background includes radio, television, BI software development and distributed ledger technology. She also leads Women of Blockchain in Atlanta to help encourage women interested in blockchain to participate in emerging technology and works with various state legislators, leaders, enterprise businesses and communities building the Georgia Blockchain Coalition while leading Atlanta Blockchain Week each year.
Alexandra is a blockchain attorney, having spent her career leading and promoting diversity efforts in the workplace globally since graduating from the prestigious women’s college, Barnard College of Columbia University. Upon graduation from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Alexandra practiced U.S. securities law at premier law firms in London and New York. After receiving a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University, she co-founded and managed an alternative real estate investment fund. She is currently the founding chair of the Blockchain Technology & Digital Currency practice group at CKR Law LLP in New York, the founder of “Women on the Block” diversity conferences as well as the Chief Diversity Officer for the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance.

Monica is a graphic designer and creative director who focuses on challenging conventional concepts. After graduating from Parsons School of Design, Monica has incorporated her ability to produce cutting edge design and graphics with powerful concepts. Being a design freelancer and business consultant for the last 15 years provided Monica with the insight and experience that helped catapult the vision behind Womin. Her roots and experience are in publishing, corporate identity, website design, advertising, illustration and photography.
Rachel is a Human Capital strategist, leader, coach and trusted advisor for business executives. She is best known for aligning people and Human Resources solutions to business strategies that accelerate growth and optimize productivity. Rachel has expertise managing and influencing cross-functional and multi-disciplinary projects teams to maximize performance and advance business priorities. Rachel has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and two Masters degrees from Rutgers University; the first in Human Resource Management and the second in Labor and Employment Relations. In addition, she has an Organizational Development certificate from National Training Laboratory (NTL). As a continuous learner, she is currently pursuing coaching certification through the International Coach Federation.
Daniela began her professional career in Human Resources Compensation in 2005. She previously worked as an Assistant Vice President of Compensation at Barclays and an Executive Compensation Analyst at Lehman Brothers. She received a M.S. in Industrial Labor Relations from Baruch College and a B.S. in Psychology from Binghamton University. With a comprehensive background and passion in compensation, Daniela is acutely in touch with the amazing opportunities that women in the workforce are heading towards. She strives for employment opportunities that allow for fair compensation.
Cathy has utilized her analytical skills and background to manage operations for Womin. Cathy sees the value of introducing blockchain technology to everyday processes. She has completed the Oxford University Fintech Programme that focused on bringing innovated ideas for businesses using blockchain technology. Cathy has a background in Civil and Coastal Engineering. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and graduated with a Masters in Engineering from Cornell University. She performed post-Fukushima safety analysis for U.S. nuclear plants during her professional career, progressing into international and U.S. projects for coastal modeling and design.
