May 13 – 15, 2019 during Blockchain Week NYC

After our success empowering female entrepreneurs through conferences like Women on the Block, weekly gatherings of Women in Crypto, as reported by CNBC and others, and the efforts of Womin.io to revolutionize the freelancer marketplace for women, we are happy to announce our collaboration with coindesk to bring more diversity to its upcoming annual conference, Consensus 2019, during Blockchain Week NYC on May 13 to 15, 2019 by offering a “Womin’s Lounge” onsite at the New York Hilton Midtown.

Consensus is the premier annual gathering of the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology world.  The Womin’s Lounge at Consensus 2019 aims to augment the agenda of Consensus by providing female founders with the skills necessary to bridge the funding gap while also helping investors generate better returns by investing in women. The Womin’s Lounge will showcase the women already succeeding in the industry and encourage more women to join the blockchain revolution!

The Womin’s Lounge will offer an intimate setting for workshops, panels, lightning talks and networking among industry experts, institutional investors, family offices, hedge funds, entrepreneurs, service providers, media professionals and others throughout the 3 day conference for a max capacity of 120 attendees who may be novices or experts themselves in blockchain technology.

While the Womin’s Lounge encourages women to speak, attend and stop by, no one will be turned away because of their gender. All attendees and speakers are expected to abide by Womin’s Code of Conduct and by participating, thereby accept Womin’s disclaimers.

DATES: The Womin’s Lounge at Consensus 2019 will take place all day on May 13 – 14, 2019 and will conclude at 12 pm on May 15, 2019.
